Simple steps for effective deep breathing

Step 1 Sit in a comfortable position. 

Step 2 Close your eyes, and relax neck & shoulders. 

Step 3 Breathe in slowly through your nose. Count to five.

Step 4 Feel your belly fill with air. Hold it for 3 seconds.

Step 5 Breath out slowly through your mouth. 

Step 6 Repeat the cycle at least five times.
